Trial Evaluation Terms

StatimFP&AVersion 1.0 — interim terms, in force from 15 Sep 2026

1Who these terms are between

1.1

These Trial Evaluation Terms are an agreement between Paarus Vekaria, trading as StatimFP&A (“we”, “us”) and the business that activates a trial of StatimFP&A (“you”). We are not yet incorporated — these terms transfer to StatimFP&A's UAE company once it is licensed; we will tell you in writing.

1.2

These are interim terms. They apply to every trial until our full EULA & Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum have been reviewed by a solicitor and come into force. By activating a trial link you accept these terms on behalf of your business, and confirm you are acting for a business, not as a consumer.

2What the trial is for

2.1

The trial lets you evaluate StatimFP&A with your own data, to decide whether to subscribe. Use it for that evaluation only.

2.2

Do not rely on anything the trial produces — reports, packs, forecasts, commentary — or give it to anyone else (clients, investors, lenders, boards or regulators) as a basis for their decisions. StatimFP&A is software, not professional advice. This is not an audit or assurance engagement.

3Length, limits and fees

3.1

The trial lasts for the length stated on your activation link, with the company and seat limits stated there.

3.2

There are no fees for the trial. It does not turn into a paid subscription by itself; subscribing is a separate step you agree with us in writing.

4Your data

4.1

You own the data you put into the trial (“Customer Data”). We use it only to run the trial for you and to support you. We do not use it to train AI models. You must have the right to upload it.

5Where your data is hosted and who processes it

5.1

Your workspace is hosted in Germany (EU) by Hetzner Online GmbH. These providers process data for us:

We will give at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. Xero and any other accounting platform you connect are your own connections, under your own terms with that provider — they are not our sub-processors.

6How long we keep data, and your export

6.1
WhatCoversHow long we keep it
Customer DataEverything in the workspace — uploaded files, ledger and bank data, mappings, budgets, forecasts, packs, notes and commentsRead-only with the ZIP export for 30 days after the trial ends or the subscription is cancelled; deleted from live systems within 90 days of the trial ending or the cancellation; gone from backups within a further 30 days

Support correspondenceEmails and messages you send us24 months after the matter closes
Prospect dataTrial requests and the waitlistUntil you object, or 24 months of inactivity

The 30-day export and the 90-day deletion apply to Customer Data only. Account data, logs, support correspondence and prospect data are kept for their own periods, shown above.

6.2

While your data is available you can download the whole workspace as a ZIP file with the Export button.

7Confidentiality

7.1

Each of us keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the trial. This lasts for 5 years after the trial ends. Your Customer Data is your confidential information; the Service and its non-public features and pricing are ours.

8AI outputs may be wrong

8.1

AI features — such as commentary and Ask AI — can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, including in ways that look plausible. Have a suitably qualified person check them.

9Liability

9.1

The trial is free. Our total liability to you arising from the trial is limited to £5,000.

9.2

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10When the trial ends

10.1

The trial ends when its period runs out, or earlier if either of us stops it — you by telling us, or we by telling you at the email address on your account. After it ends, the retention table in section 6 applies.

11Governing law

11.1

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
